いわゆる「共謀罪」の創設は、多大な衝撃をあたえるだろう。刑法にはほとんど興味が無いが、これはいかん。「実行に着手する前に自首した者は、その刑を減軽し、又は免除する。 」間抜けだなと思う。『共謀展』を共謀して開催することを目論んでいる。
